I am an expert in helping my clients achieve their goals, and can design a training plan to ensure that you get the training effect that you’ve always wanted. Rather than a fixed plan, I monitor progress weekly and adopt a flexible yet periodised plan around you. Experienced Trainer

I have 14 years of experience in personal training and have worked with a wide range of people to help them hit their fitness targets. I have the skills to mix up your training regime and specialise in boxing fitness, bodyweight training, freeweights and kettlebells. I always aim to help to achieve your goals you whilst have fun – no matter if you're training for an athletic milestone like a marathon or just want to get get fitter.

About Sarah

Sarah qualified as a personal trainer while training in Muay Thai and having her first fight in Thailand in 2005. She holds qualificiations in: gym instructor L2+3, nutrition and weight management L3, client lifestyle assessment L3, circuits trainer L2, personal trainer L3 and Boxercise Instructor. From 2009-2014 Sarah created and sold her own brand of fitness equipment online via her retail store Fitness Nation Ltd before qualifying and operating as a running coach with Hatherletes running group for ladies. She gained her assistant coach and Athletics coach qualifications in 2016-7 alongside her BSc (open) in sports fitness and coaching. Hatherletes has been running succesfully since June 2014 and Sarah continues to improve her knowledge base as she studies an MSc in Sport Psychology. A particular passion is Sarah's is to see more girls continuing in some form of sport throughout adolecent years when they typically drop out or all forms of physical activity. Sarah believes that being a successful coach os not about coaching top-performing athletes. It is about coaching everyday people in the locailty amd getting them out running, changing mindset, helping them improve and exceed all expectaions. If Sarah can help you fall in love with running then she will be a happy coach! Sarah loves nothing more than hill walking with her dog and spending time being active with her friends. All ability Boxercise at C3 Pavillion squash court. Men, women and kids in tow... All welcome! £6 PAYG or a block of ten sessions can be purchased for £45 (to be used in 3 months and can be mix 'n' matched with C3 Boxercisr sessions on Tuesdays.

Boxercise at Brizen field (outdoors), Up Hatherley Way. This session is run seasonally so you need to check if it is on ( May-Nov). Followed by a freeweights session for and extra £4.

Monday speed session

£2.50

All abikity session which works on running strength and fitness. This session is designed to work all abilities in order to improve your speed. Ladies only run group - cash payable on the night.

Wednesday 9:30-10:30am

£3.00

Term time only, all ability (ish) running group. You need to be able to run 2-3 miles any pace non-stop ideally, but we can accomodate some stop-start, we are a very chilled out bunch! Ladies only, cash payable on the night.
