Hatherletes Youth

Tuesdays 4:15-5pm

Starting in January 2020 following on from our sucvessful 2017/18 group. Our girls group has a maximum of ten spaces and is for ages 11-15 years. Ideal for girls to hate running and PE. Let us change their minds! This is non- competitive and socially based running. Meet at Brizen Young People's Centre, Up Hatherley Way, A £30 termly fee applies.

All ability Boxercise at C3 Pavillion squash court. Men, women and kids in tow... All welcome! £6 PAYG or a block of ten sessions can be purchased for £45 (to be used in 3 months and can be mix 'n' matched with C3 Boxercisr sessions on Tuesdays.

Boxercise at Brizen field (outdoors), Up Hatherley Way. This session is run seasonally so you need to check if it is on ( May-Nov). Followed by a freeweights session for and extra £4.
Run Groups

Monday speed session

£2.50

All abikity session which works on running strength and fitness. This session is designed to work all abilities in order to improve your speed. Ladies only run group - cash payable on the night.

Wednesday 9:30-10:30am

£3.00

Term time only, all ability (ish) running group. You need to be able to run 2-3 miles any pace non-stop ideally, but we can accomodate some stop-start, we are a very chilled out bunch! Ladies only, cash payable on the night.

Wedneaday 6:30-7:30pm

Route night! Different ability groups run a route, all abilities accomodated so join us! Once a month we run as an entire group on an out and back run. Ladies only, cash payable on the night.

0-5km beginners course

£35.00

A ten week course designed for absolute beginners. Held on Wednesdays at 6:30-7:30pm (three starting dates in the year- Jan / May / Sept). £35 per person includes ten consecutive run sessions, weekly emails with running tips, set homework runs and cake on week ten 5km group run. Ladies only.

Marathon club 2020

£60.00

Saturdays 8am start. Join us in group half and full marathon training start on 12th January for 12 weeks. Complete with free training t shirt, routes and meeting place provided and two weeks on trialling nutrition supplements on runs.
